Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping process. If your payment has been completed but your order has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible so we can review your request.
If the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you can still proceed with a return request in line with this Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to ensure that all orders are properly prepared and securely packaged before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’re here to help resolve the issue.
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the following:
the item showing the damage or defect
the outer packaging and shipping label
Once we receive your request, our team will assess the situation and provide the most suitable solution. This may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on the case and product availability.
If the issue is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or prior to delivery, Fewpe will cover any related return or reshipment costs.

Returns (30-Day Return Policy)
At Fewpe, we offer a 30-day return window to ensure a straightforward and reliable shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide details about the item you wish to return along with the reason for your request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return requests are reviewed based on the circumstances. Common eligible reasons include, but are not limited to:
-receiving an item that is defective or not working properly
-receiving the wrong product
-the item not meeting reasonable quality expectations
-damage that occurred during transit

Refund Conditions & Processing
To qualify for a refund, returned items should be in their original condition, unused, and, where possible, sent back with the original packaging, including all accessories and components.
After the returned item is received and inspected, and the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

After the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund or replacement will be completed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process has been finalized.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

However, if any of these items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are still entitled to request a resolution.
In such cases, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, our team will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@fewpe.com.
To help us investigate the issue efficiently, please include:
-your order number
-photos of the package received
-details of the missing item(s)
Once your request is reviewed, our team will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include sending the missing item, arranging a replacement, or issuing a full refund.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and tracking information in your message.
If the shipment cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation is completed, Fewpe will offer an appropriate resolution based on your preference and product availability, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required due to an error on our side—such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item damaged in transit—Fewpe will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund where applicable.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
-the item is no longer needed
-the wrong product was ordered
-an incorrect size or variation was selected
the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Fewpe does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
