Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between when your order is successfully placed and when it is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.
At Fewpe, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
Our fulfillment operations run during standard business hours, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT (Pacific Time, United States) are usually processed on the same business day.

The total delivery timeframe is calculated by combining the order processing period with the shipping transit time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Please note that actual delivery times may differ due to factors such as the destination, local carrier operations, and high-demand periods.

Shipping Carriers
At Fewpe, we work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
The shipping provider assigned to your order may vary depending on factors such as the destination, package size, and the most efficient delivery option available at the time of dispatch.
Our goal is to select the most suitable carrier for each order to support safe handling and timely delivery.

New Zealand
At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Shipping is limited to the countries listed above, and we are unable to process orders outside these locations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active after shipment. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional campaigns, activation may take slightly longer.
Tracking updates from the carrier may take 48–72 hours to reflect the most recent status of your shipment.
If you experience any issues while tracking your order, please contact our support team at support@fewpe.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at support@fewpe.com so we can look into the shipment for you.
We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to check the current status and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during peak periods or in the event of unexpected carrier delays.

Missing Items
If your order is incomplete or an item is missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@fewpe.com.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please include:
-your order number
-photos of the package received
-details of the missing item(s)
After evaluating your request, our team will provide the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include sending the missing item, arranging a replacement, or issuing a full refund.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can initiate a trace with the shipping carrier.
To help us handle your request more efficiently, please include your order number and tracking details in your message.
If the shipment cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation is completed, Fewpe will provide an appropriate resolution based on your preference and product availability, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter the fulfillment and shipping process. If your payment has been completed but your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can review your request.
If the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may still request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be applied by the destination country’s authorities.
These charges are determined by local regulations and are not controlled or collected by Fewpe. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on orders at checkout.
