Description
Automotive AC System Flush Kit, Air Conditioning Flush Kit with AC Flush Gun
-
Flush contaminants out before they cause a comeback: clears old refrigerant oil, moisture and debris from AC lines, condensers and evaporators
-
Watch the pressure, not guess at it: a clear dual-unit gauge shows canister pressure while you work
-
Stops before it overshoots: an adjustable relief valve automatically releases excess pressure past the preset level
-
Built to be refilled and reused, job after job: a seamless stainless steel canister resists corrosion and pressure
-
One person, start to finish: fill, connect to a compressor, and control the flush through the valve, no second set of hands needed
A cabin that blows warm no matter how high the AC is turned up, a compressor that's about to be replaced and shouldn't inherit last season's grime, an AC system due for a retrofit — all of them start with getting old refrigerant oil, moisture and debris out of the lines, condenser and evaporator first. This kit does that with a clear dual-unit pressure gauge so you can watch canister pressure as you work, and an adjustable relief valve that lets off excess pressure automatically once you pass the 90-150 PSI working range, so you're not standing over it worrying about a blowout.

The canister itself is thick, seamless stainless steel, built to be filled, connected to an air compressor and reused for cleaning after cleaning rather than thrown away after one job. Fill it with a suitable AC flush solvent, attach the included hose and spray gun, and control the flow through the valve — one person can run the whole flush start to finish. It's compatible with systems using R12, R22, R134a, R404a and R410a refrigerants; the flush solvent and air compressor themselves are not included. As with any pressurized chemical tool, wear eye and skin protection while flushing.

Key Features
A closer look at how this AC flush kit is built:
-
Efficient AC System Flushing: Clears old refrigerant oil along with moisture, debris and other contaminants out of AC lines, condensers and evaporators, which comes in handy for servicing, a compressor swap or getting a system ready for retrofit.
-
Real-Time Pressure Monitoring: A clear dual-unit pressure gauge lets you track canister pressure as you work, with an easy-to-read scale.
-
Automatic Pressure Relief: An adjustable pressure relief valve automatically releases excess pressure once the preset level is exceeded, for more controlled operation at a working pressure of 90-150 PSI.
-
Durable Reusable Canister: A thick stainless steel canister with a seamless one-piece design resists pressure and corrosion, built for repeated AC system cleaning and maintenance.
-
Easy One-Person Operation: Fill the canister with a suitable AC flush solvent, connect it to an air compressor, attach the included hose and spray gun, and control the flush through the valve; it's compatible with R12, R22, R134a, R404a and R410a refrigerants, though the solvent and compressor are not included.

Q: How do I know the pressure while flushing?
A: A clear dual-unit pressure gauge shows canister pressure in real time as you work.
Q: What happens if the pressure gets too high?
A: An adjustable relief valve automatically releases excess pressure once the preset level is exceeded.
Q: Which refrigerants is it compatible with?
A: R12, R22, R134a, R404a and R410a systems.
Q: Are the flush solvent and air compressor included?
A: No — you'll need your own AC flush solvent and air compressor to use the kit.
